EuroTalent IT is looking skilled Senior SAP Finance Consultants to join a global 'Big Four' that is currently dominating the S/4HANA landscape in Greece. The successful candidates will integrate into a project team to design, configure, and deploy enhancements in SAP Finance module, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and compliance with reporting standards for top-level clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SAP Finance project from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Analyse client finance and controlling requirements and translate them into SAP system design and configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and controlling data.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users and client teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and upgrades related to SAP Finance module.

Technical Stack Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations in the Greek market.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of controlling processes, cost accounting principles, and financial management practices.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proficient in analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI module and integration points.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in client-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Native Greek and professional-level English are mandatory for global collaboration.
