Job Description:

EuroTalent IT is looking for Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Consultant to join a long-term project for a renowned EU Institution in Brussels. The consultant will work on behalf of an ICT Solutions & Services leading international IT company with a significant footprint in public and private sectors across Europe.


  • Working mode: Near-site Brussels (hybrid. Partial remote work allowed - maximum 2 hours' travel distance from the office-.
  • Freelance/B2B contract


Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain clients’ SharePoint Online websites.
  • Analyze and design collaboration solutions for individual departments or cross-functional needs using the Microsoft 365 suite and Power Automate.
  • Design training materials and deliver training and coaching sessions, both in-person and hybrid, on the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Analyze and document information architecture.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining up-to-date data and content for clients’ SharePoint sites.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate.


Requirements

  • Master’s degree with at least 13 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 17 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal and content management systems.
  • Experience with website development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and software development methodologies such as Agile and ITIL.
  • Strong understanding of content structuring, storage, access, and presentation principles.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, and delivering end-user training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
