As they continue to expand their footprint in the European public sector and institutional market, they are looking for a strategic Senior Bid Manager EU to spearhead their tendering operations and drive our growth through high-value public procurement wins.

Role overview: On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager EU with a proven track record of +6 years minimum experience managing EU public sector bids. In this remote role based in Greece, you will own the end-to-end tender lifecycle, translating complex IT service offerings into winning, compliant, and client-focused proposals for European and public sector institutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Tender management & authorship: Author and coordinate technical responses to EU and public sector tenders (including CfTs, RfSs, and RfPs), ensuring strict compliance with award criteria and technical specifications across our IT service portfolio.
• Proposal development & architecture: Develop comprehensive tender documentation—including technical architectures, service delivery methodologies, and compliance matrices—translating complex IT solutions into compelling, client-focused proposals.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical content, align strategies, and articulate our technical capabilities against rigorous evaluation frameworks and selection criteria.
• Knowledge management & optimization: Maintain and continuously update reusable content libraries (reference projects, service descriptions, team CVs, and company certifications) to streamline proposal development and ensure consistency across all submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of +6 years of dedicated professional experience in managing and authoring bids/tenders specifically within the EU public sector and institutional landscape for technology projects.
• Domain knowledge: Strong familiarity with EU procurement procedures, framework contracts, and public sector tendering dynamics (CfT, RfP, RfS).
• Technical acumen: Ability to understand and articulate complex IT service offerings, technical architectures, and service delivery methodologies.
• Writing & communication: Exceptional technical writing, editing, and structuring skills in English, with the ability to synthesize inputs from multiple technical stakeholders into a cohesive, persuasive narrative.
• Work model: Fully remote position based in Greece, requiring strong self-management and coordination skills in a distributed environment.
