Our client, a leading international leading company with a significant footprint in public and private sectors across Greece and Europe, is seeking a talented DevOps engineer Specialist (HashiCorp Vault Specialist) for a remote EU Institution project based in Luxembourg. • Start date: Between July-October 2026
• Project length: 228 working days

Description of the Assignment

Objectives of the Assignment:

The objectives of the Assignment are the following:

● Onboarding new applications into Hashicorp Vault using IaC/Cac (60%)

● Creating accurate Operational Documentation for Hashicorp Vault (20%)

● Providing training for relevant teams regarding usage of Vault (10%)

● Development of new functionalities within Hashicorp Vault (10%)

Tasks to be performed:

● Provision and support to Development teams in usage of Hashicorp Vault

● Creating documentation for Hashicorp Vault

● Configuring Hashicorp Vault using Configuration as Code and Infrastructure as Code

● Developing new functionalities in Hashicorp vault

● Overseeing the implementation of projects and individual (maintenance) tickets

● DR testing

● Maintenance of the Hashicorp platform

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s in computer science or other relevant field. A master’s degree will be consider

as an advantage

● Min 7 years of experience as Dev Ops Engineer

● Min 5 years of experience in IaC/Cac

● Min 5 years of experience in Ci/CD pipeline and Azure DevOps Services

● Advanced knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies

● SME level of knowledge about Hashicorp vault

● Strong Terraform Knowledge

● Strong Security Mindset

● Data analyses and reporting

● Lifecycle of a secret manager product

● Knowledge of French (level B2) / English B2/C1 level

● Min 1 year of testing and developing Hashicorp Vault solution Advanced knowledge of IT

development methodologies and practices. /Recommended Azure DevOps certification
